All pricing is in US dollars & payment must be received in US dollars.
US distributors without an NRI number on file must provide shipping labels and commercial invoices as they are the shipper on record. They will receive their standard US pricing and fob is Braintree, MA.
Canadian distributors do not require an NRI number and may take advantage of shipping in our consolidated (twice weekly) UPS WorldEase shipment. They will receive their standard “Canadian” pricing which includes duties & brokerage fees and will be charged shipping fob Fort Erie, Ontario. Should they opt to ship on their own UPS account, they are charged US pen/set up price and shipping is fob Braintree, MA and they are required to provide a commercial invoice. We do not ship via FedEx to Canada unless shipping labels and export documents are provided.
