Questions including Shipping and Billing on a current or recent order in-house should be directed to the order coordinator listed at the bottom of each Order Acknowledgement.  Their name, email, direct dial number and extension to ask for if using the 800 number is noted in this area.  They are in charge of the order throughout production and shipping and are most familiar with your order; they hold the purchase order at their desk and prepare the final invoicing.

EQP is extended to Canadian distributors with consideration of the exceptions listed at the top of this page.  Canadian pricing is marked up from US pricing to accommodate for shipping to our Canadian partner, Trimark.  No duties, taxes or brokerage is charged to the distributor.  Once an order is in house, an order coordinator will be assigned to the job.  Their name, email, and contact phone number will appear towards the bottom of the order acknowledgement.

Canadian distributors should provide their own freight account.
