- All of the Jetline CS representatives handle orders going to Canada or an order that will be FOB Canada.
Everything is the same with Canadian orders when using US dollars and the shipper number is provided. With FOB Canadian orders, distributors must use the Canadian Pricing that is given on the website by clicking on the Canadian Flag to get the Canadian pricing (EQP will be the end column). FOB Canadian orders include applicable duties, customs fees, etc. If the order is shipping on the distributor’s shipper account then distributor is responsible for the duties and taxes. There will be an additional shipping charge for FOB orders as the shipping from Mississauga (L4V 1H9) to the destination is not included, it is billed. We cover the shipment from our location to the point of entry in Canada.
Using the FOB Program, the point of entry is Mississauga (L4V 1H9). We do not allow for pickups at this location.
Shipping: We require the shipper number to be included with the order unless it is FOB Canada, where we do the shipping with UPS Standard Only.
