Canadian Distributors:

  • Illini offers CAD Services pricing on our website and in print catalog.  This pricing system is invoiced in Canadian dollars and includes ground transportation, duty, and brokerage fees for one single shipment via UPS Ground.  Because these ancillary costs are amortized across the catalog printed quantities, Illini does not offer the ImpactMDS discounts on sales to Canada.   However Canadian distributors have the option to pay in US currency from our US FOB Vernon Hills, IL pricing, then Minimum Order Quantity at EQP would apply.
  • CAD Services pricing includes applicable duties, customs fees, etc.
  • Illini does not have FOB points in Canada.
  • We utilize the NRI system from UPS.  The Distributor does not receive a shipping charge on the invoice as it is included in the CAD Services pricing.  Distributors have the option to purchase from our US system, then utilizing their shipper number at no additional processing fees.
  • Sample policy is equal to the US policy.  Samples, up to $10 net EQP value, are shipped at no charge with the supplied shipper number.
  • All of our CSRs are trained to process all CAD Services orders.
